Responsibilities
Plant, cultivate, harvest, and package various crops, fruits, and vegetables
Operate basic agricultural tools, irrigation equipment, and farm machinery safely
Inspect harvested produce for quality standards, defects, and proper grading
Sort, pack, and load agricultural goods into crates or vehicles for transport
Perform routine field maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and soil preparation
Strictly adhere to farm safety standards, hygiene regulations, and supervisor instructions
Requirements
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail for handling delicate produce
Strong teamwork skills and reliable work ethic
Ability to follow farm safety guidelines and daily work plans

Salary: 1200–1500 Euros

Requirements
- Previous experience in farming, agriculture, or outdoor manual labor preferred
- High school diploma or basic education preferred
- Strong physical fitness, stamina, and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
