Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage structural, residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects across sites in Lithuania
Supervise site engineering operations, ensuring compliance with architectural plans, structural calculations, and European building codes
Manage construction schedules, resource allocations, material procurement, and project budgets
Direct site supervisors, sub-contractors, technicians, and construction crews to maintain safety standards and quality control
Conduct site inspections, soil/material testing evaluations, and structural safety audits
Prepare technical project documentation, engineering progress reports, and cost estimations for management and regulatory review
Requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline
- Previous professional experience as a Civil Engineer, Site Engineer, or Construction Project Engineer
- Proficiency in engineering and project planning tools
- Basic English communication skills
- Working video with self-introduction required
