Responsibilities
Oversee and direct daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to design specifications
Coordinate subcontractors, site supervisors, equipment operators, and construction workers to maintain workflow and quality standards
Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance across the construction site in accordance with European building codes
Manage procurement, inventory, and delivery of construction materials to prevent site delays
Perform site inspections, evaluate progress against project timelines, and resolve technical construction issues
Maintain detailed daily construction logs, progress reports, and documentation for client and management reviews
Requirements

Salary: €3,700 Gross/Month

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related discipline
- Proven professional experience as a Construction Engineer, Site Manager, or Project Engineer in building or infrastructure construction
- In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, site safety regulations, and project scheduling software
- Basic English communication skills
- Working video with self-introduction required
