Responsibilities
Lead and manage full construction project lifecycles from initial planning through design, procurement, execution, and handover
Develop comprehensive project timelines, resource plans, quality assurance protocols, and financial budgets
Direct site managers, civil engineers, subcontractors, and construction crews to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
Manage relationships with clients, architects, regulatory authorities, and key project stakeholders
Enforce strict adherence to European building standards, site safety regulations, and environmental health protocols
Identify operational risks, resolve critical project bottlenecks, and maintain detailed progress and financial documentation
Requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven track record as a Construction Project Manager, Project Lead, or Senior Site Manager handling commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects
- Strong proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and BIM management tools
- Basic English communication skills
- Working video with self-introduction required
