Responsibilities
Assist with general civil construction, building tasks, and structural work on various job sites
Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely
Mix, pour, and spread building materials such as concrete, mortar, plaster, and cement
Prepare site areas by clearing debris, digging trenches, and assembling basic scaffolding or temporary supports
Operate manual construction tools and light machinery safely under supervision
Strictly follow site instructions, workplace health and safety rules, and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines
Requirements
Strong physical fitness, endurance, and capability for heavy manual labor in varied outdoor weather conditions
Good teamwork skills and ability to follow supervisor instructions closely
High level of reliability, discipline, and commitment to workplace safety standards

Salary: 900–1200 euros

Requirements
- Open to candidates from India, Nepal, Vietnam, and the Philippines
- Previous experience in construction, masonry, or physical manual labor preferred
- High school diploma or basic vocational/trade training preferred
- Basic English communication skills
- Working video with self-introduction required
