Responsibilities
Inspect, maintain, and support routine operations across commercial or residential facilities
Perform basic cleaning, upkeep, and general maintenance of premises, equipment, and grounds
Monitor facility infrastructure (HVAC, plumbing, lighting) and report major repair needs to supervisors
Assist with room setups, furniture arrangements, and logistics for events or daily operational shifts
Maintain inventory records for cleaning supplies, facility maintenance tools, and operational materials
Ensure strict compliance with facility safety regulations, health standards, and fire safety protocols
Requirements
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork capabilities
Physically fit and capable of managing manual maintenance tasks

Salary: 1200–1500 Euros

Requirements
- Previous experience in facility maintenance, cleaning services, building operations, or general maintenance preferred
- High school diploma or basic technical/vocational training preferred
- Practical hands-on skills with basic maintenance tools and cleaning equipment
- Basic English communication skills
