Responsibilities
Oversee comprehensive hotel operations, strategic planning, guest services, and overall business management
Direct, train, and supervise department supervisors and staff across housekeeping, front desk, and hospitality services
Develop and execute annual operating budgets, sales strategies, and cost-control measures to drive profitability
Maintain exceptionally high service standards, resolve escalated guest concerns, and manage online brand reputation
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, labor regulations, and European hospitality industry standards
Coordinate vendor relationships, maintenance projects, and sales outreach to optimize room occupancy rates
Requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration, or equivalent managerial experience in the hospitality sector
- Proven track record as a Hotel Manager, General Manager, or senior hospitality executive
- Strong leadership skills, business acumen, and proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Basic English communication skills
- Working video with self-introduction required
