Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services, to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
Plan, manage, and monitor departmental budgets, revenue targets, and operational expenditure
Supervise, train, and mentor hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment and high service standards
Monitor guest feedback and operational metrics to implement continuous service and quality improvements
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and European hospitality industry regulations
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and external vendors to maximize room occupancy and drive property growth

Requirements
- Have knowledge in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven management experience as a Hotel Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, or senior department head in the hospitality sector
- Strong financial acumen, revenue management skills, and familiarity with hotel management software (PMS)
- Basic English communication skills
- Working video with self-introduction required
