Responsibilities

Provide professional social care support, case management, and crisis intervention to individuals, families, and vulnerable groups
Conduct comprehensive psycho-social assessments, evaluate client needs, and formulate individualized care plans
Assist clients in navigating healthcare networks, housing assistance, legal aid, and state social welfare services
Maintain detailed clinical records, case notes, and evaluation reports in compliance with European social work standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, psychologists, and local authorities
Advocate for client rights and ensure strict adherence to safeguarding principles and ethical social work practices

Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Applied Psychology, or Social Welfare
Professional license, registration, or official certification as a Qualified Social Worker in the home country
Minimum 2–3 years of documented professional experience in social work, clinical case management, or community welfare
Basic English communication skills
