Responsibilities
Direct and oversee daily restaurant and hospitality operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient service delivery
Manage, train, and supervise restaurant staff, shift leaders, kitchen personnel, and front-of-house teams
Monitor food and beverage quality, inventory levels, vendor supplies, and cost-control procedures
Ensure strict adherence to European hygiene standards, food safety regulations, HACCP rules, and health codes
Maintain operational budgets, analyze sales performance, and implement strategies to drive revenue and guest satisfaction
Handle guest inquiries, resolve operational challenges, and streamline daily workflow across all service departments
Requirements

Requirements
- High school diploma, vocational hospitality training, or diploma in hospitality/restaurant management preferred
- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in restaurant operations, catering, or hospitality environments
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic English communication skills
