Responsibilities
Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch, assemble, and finish textile or garment products
Monitor stitching quality, thread tension, and needle performance to ensure uniform output
Read and follow production specifications, patterns, and assembly orders
Inspect finished products for defects, loose threads, or stitching flaws
Replace needles, clean equipment, and perform basic maintenance on sewing machinery
Maintain cleanliness and order in the sewing workplace and adhere to safety standards
Requirements
Strong attention to detail for quality control
Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately over extended periods
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a garment factory, textile production, or sewing role preferred
