Technical / Production Manager – Lithuania

Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end technical production operations, manufacturing workflows, and factory throughput
Set production schedules, allocate plant resources, and ensure key manufacturing performance indicators (KPIs) and output targets are met efficiently
Oversee cross-functional teams of engineers, plant supervisors, maintenance personnel, and production operators
Implement cost-reduction strategies, lean manufacturing practices, and process engineering improvements to optimize plant efficiency
Ensure strict adherence to European manufacturing standards, quality control policies, and industrial safety regulations
Manage department budgets, technical equipment upgrades, and present operational reports to senior executive management
Requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline
- Proven leadership experience as a Technical Manager, Production Manager, or Operations Manager within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production planning systems (ERP/MRP), lean methodologies, and plant maintenance operations
- Basic English communication skills
- Working video with self-introduction required
