Responsibilities
Harvest, sort, grade, and package fresh fruits and vegetables according to quality standards
Load, unload, and organize crates, boxes, and pallets in agricultural or distribution warehouse facilities
Inspect produce for freshness, damage, or quality defects before packing and shipment
Operate basic manual handling tools, labeling equipment, and pallet jacks safely
Maintain clean, hygienic, and organized work areas in compliance with food safety guidelines
Follow seasonal operational directives, speed standards, and workplace safety protocols
Requirements
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy crates, bending, and standing for extended periods
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in seasonal, fast-paced environments
High level of reliability, discipline, and commitment to hygiene standards

Salary: 1200 euros

Requirements
- Previous experience in agriculture, produce sorting, farm work, or warehouse processing preferred
- High school diploma or basic education preferred
- Good hand-eye coordination, efficiency, and strong attention to detail for quality grading
- Basic English communication skills
- Working video with self-introduction required
